Ready to buy? All you need to do is e-mail us at email@example.com with a description of the piece you wish to buy. Please include your address with zip code. We will e-mail you an invoice with a total for your purchase which includes the cost for shipping, insurance and instructions for payment through PayPal. We will typically ship your piece within three to five days.
Our Shipping and Insurance Policy: Please note that we do not take responsibility for the safe handling and transit of any art once delivered to the shipper. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or seller to file and manage claims for any damage that may occur in shipping. Any glass covering your art must be removed prior to shipping.
Our Guarantee to You: We guarantee the art sold through us to be authentic and as described based on our knowledge of the piece or documentation presented to us by experts recognized as a leading authority on the artist. Buyers may only return a purchase within fourteen days of receipt for the reasons stated below:
• we have made a material misstatement in the description of the artwork
•it is determined by the leading expert familiar with the artist that in their professional opinion the work is definitely not authentic and by the hand of the artist. In this case, we require the buyer to submit a letter from the expert, on the expert's letterhead for our review
After we receive your letter, we will instruct you by e-mail how to return the piece to us including appropriate insurance and shipping cost. This will be done at your expense. Once we have received the item in good, undamaged condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. Otherwise, all sales are final. By deciding to make a purchase from us, you acknowledge reading and accepting these terms and conditions of sale.
